The CIMA qualification is split into two levels. The Certificate in Business Accounting is an entry-level accountancy qualification, and the Professional Qualification gives you the right to use the letters ACMA after your name.

CIMA Certificate in Business Accounting
The CIMA Certificate Qualification introduces core concepts in accounting. All subjects are examined by computer-based assessment (2 hours). CBA examinations can be completed in a number of CIMA approved centers across London.

CIMA Professional Qualification
The CIMA Professional Qualification is made up of four elements.
Operational Level and Managerial Levels: These papers can be sat in any order. All subjects are examined by paper based examination (3 hours). On completion of Managerial Level you will receive the CIMA Advanced Diploma in Management Accounting.
